Our Team

After being friends for years, Chloe and Clara joined forces to provide their clients with the best experience through their real estate transaction. We have experience in a variety of situations including first time home buyers, new construction and infills, investment properties, changes in family dynamics, luxury properties and much more. Whether you are a seller or buyer, we strive to provide you with the knowledge and expertise necessary to make the transaction as seamless as possible.

We have access to a team consisting of general contractors, home builders, interior designers, plumbers and electricians, and environmental sustainable design experts to make sure you have access to the best services possible.

We also have access to many lending professionals, title and escrow companies, home inspectors and property managers who provide varying degrees and types of services as well.

Chloe Pleckaitis

After being born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Chloe knows all the “in’s and out’s” of this city like the back of her hand. As a true Edmontonian, she loves everything this city has to offer and is excited for its future.

Chloe graduated at the University of Alberta with her Bachelor of Sciences in 2014. Her family is involved in several different aspects of the construction industry giving her a vast knowledge on different aspects of a home and their inner workings. She then started in the real estate industry helping her mom in home building which then transitioned into home sales. She has been with RE/MAX River City since 2015. Her experience solving different problems and dealing with unique and/or difficult situations has given her the competitive edge.

In her spare time, you will find Chloe either cooking, crafting, or spending time with her husband and daughter.

Clara Olafson (Gajda)

Raised in a family in the business world, Clara has sales in her blood. After being born in Edmonton, this globe trotter has lived in 4 countries, 10 cities and 17 houses. That’s right- this lady is a master mover. After living all around the globe, she went back to her roots and settled back in Edmonton, Alberta.

Clara is a marketing and sales guru- she is our go-to when it comes to creative thinking. At her internship with Monitise, she was doing front and back end development of apps. Clara graduated at the University of Alberta in 2019 with her Bachelor of Arts. After graduating, she quickly moved into the real estate industry where she is thriving. She loves all the hustle and bustle that the real estate industry creates.

In her free time, Clara enjoys skiing, biking, and spending time with her family

In 2020, Chloe and Clara won several awards including the RE/MAX Excellence Award, Platinum Club Team, and were both included in the top 25 individual agents, including #3 in Commercial transactions at RE/MAX River City.
